We cupped 23 Brazilian lots in total this season, eight of them from FAF, and Sitio Sassafras was among the ones that stood out most clearly. On the sample cupping fruity and floral aromatics, bergamot lift, citric brightness, and a sweetness that was present throughout the cup.
