Firaol, Tamiru Tadesse from Alo Coffee, and Tulu came by the shop and we had a conversation together. Firaol has strong connections across Ethiopia and his relationships with producers like Tamiru open doors to coffees we would not have access to through our existing channels. We included Firaol’s coffees both in our USBC cuppings and now for our East African selection cupping. This coffee comes from Adorsi Washing Station, owned and operated by Faysal Abdosh, and is a blend of Kurume, 74110, and 74112 varieties.
