Intro This is our fourth Rwanda from Falcon Coffee and another lot from the Nyamasheke region, a part of the country we keep coming back to. It is an elegant, structured cup with the kind of clarity and layered complexity that makes Nyamasheke one of our favorite regions on the table .

OUR STORY
Founded in Istanbul. Roasting in LA.
Mert Soley and Altug Baser started roasting because they wanted more from the cup — clarity, complexity, and flavors that speak for themselves. In our coffees we care deeply about the clarity and complexity of the cup and we want the flavors to express themselves in an elegant manner.
We brought that pursuit to Los Angeles in 2021. Not to build a chain, but to brew better coffee together.
