How often do you roast coffee?
Currently, we roast every Monday and Wednesday to ensure freshness and quality control. That means as long as we receive your order by 5 PM PST previous day, it will be included in the roasting schedule.
If you placed your order later than that, feel free to get in touch with us to see if we have the coffee available already from a previous roasting day. We'll share the information with you, and based on your decision and availability, you can opt to wait for next roast day or ship as as soon as possible.
How often do you ship online orders?
We roast on Monday and Tuesdays.
Orders are set to be shipped the next business day. So for Monday roasts, your order will be shipped on Tuesday and for Monday roasts, it will be shipped on Tuesday.
If for any reason there is an unexpected delay, we will get in touch with you. We work with UPS and USPS, and we are happy to answer any inquiries you have.
Where can we ship?
We can ship worldwide. For US orders we ship free for coffee or brewer orders.
Do you offer brewing feedbacks?
Our brewing tips will be soon available on our website. Until that, you can send your questions about brewing to hello@boxxcoffee.com.
Which shipping companies do you work with?
We work with UPS and USPS.
What is your return policy?
Feel free to get in touch with us if you are unhappy with the quality of coffee you have received. We are happy to answer any questions regarding brewing of our coffees. If you do want to return the coffee, you may do so up until two weeks from delivery. We will issue the return label and send it to you.
